This proposal is based on <br />the fax sent to Steve Granholm dated April 21, 1999. <br /> <br />The following scope describes the services you requested. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Task 1 - Review Project Documentation and Site Visit <br /> <br />LSA will review all project documentation provided by you to acquire an <br />understanding of the project. LSA will conduct a one-day visit to the project <br />site. I believe it will be useful to conduct the site visit after review of the <br />documentation and with the project engineer. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Prepare Planting/Restoration Plan <br /> <br />LSA will prepare a planting/restoration plan for inclusion with your submittal. <br />The plan will include the following: site preparation of the planting areas; a <br />list of native plant species appropriate to the site and proposed erosion <br />control treatments; planting and seeding placement and techniques; and <br />maintenance and monitoring guidelines. LSA will mark up sketches of the <br />planting plan and details.
