<br />4. It is further understood and agreed that payment by City to Association for the hereinafter designated <br /> <br />individual services shall be at the rates set forth immediately across therefrom: <br /> <br />RATES <br /> <br />All Slow Pitch Leagues <br />(2 umpires per game) <br /> <br />$20.25 per game/ <br />per umpne <br /> <br />All Playoffs <br />(2 umpires per game) <br /> <br />$21.25 per game/ <br />per umpne <br /> <br />All sums disbursed to Association hereunder, except the aforementioned administrative services sum of Two <br /> <br />Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00), shall be held in trust by Association and distributed to Association's <br /> <br />individual members as compensation for their respective individual services rendered at the above rates. It <br /> <br />is understood and agreed that in no event shall the total amount to be paid by City for all individual services to be <br /> <br />rendered by Association's members exceed Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Three Dollars and <br /> <br />00/100 Dollars ($27,543.00) for umpiring and Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00) for administrative <br /> <br />services for a total not to exceed $27,743.00. Payment, or installment payments, shall be made at such times and in <br /> <br />such form as City deems proper. Association shall provide an accounting to the Director of Finance of City of all <br /> <br />funds disbursed to employees or members of Association and shall return all payments, or portions thereof, which <br /> <br />have not been disbursed. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Association agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Redwood City, its Council, <br /> <br />commissions, boards, officers, agents, servants and employees from any and all claims or liabilities which result or <br /> <br />are alleged to have resulted from Association's administration of the individual activities of Association's members. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation <br /> <br /> <br />PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />w mifP/ <br /> <br />.. --.-r <br />
