Insurance. Permittee or the Association shall maintain at all times during which this permit remains in effect, at Permittee's sole cost and expense, commercial general liability and property damage insurance, which insurance shall be in the following minimum amounts: (a) (b) $1,000,000 for injury or death of anyone person and $1,000,000 for anyone occurrence; Property damage insurance in the amount of $500,000.
