<br />communication interference, then all rights of Permittee hereunder shall forthwith <br /> <br />cease and terminate. <br /> <br />10. Removal of Improvements. Permittee acknowledges and agrees <br /> <br />that Permittee, or its permitted assignees hereunder, shall, at its own cost and <br /> <br />expense, and upon request so to do by City upon revocation of this Permit, <br /> <br />remove the antennae and related equipment and the radio agreement within the <br /> <br />Encroachment Area. <br /> <br />11. Successors. The terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon, <br /> <br />and the benefits hereof shall accrue to, the successors in interest of Permittee, <br /> <br />its assigns, transferees, heirs, or grantees. <br /> <br />12. Acceptance. This permit shall not be effective until fully executed. <br /> <br />13. Paraaraph Headings.
