� <br /> (c) After the satisfactory completion of the <br /> Project in compliance with the Agreement, the Property shall be <br /> devoted to the uses specified Article IV of the Agreement, <br /> � consistent with the Redevelopment Plan and shall not, in whole or <br /> ; in part, be devoted to any other use or used for any other purposes <br /> except as may be approved by the Agency in writing in advance. <br /> � This covenant shall remain in effect for the life of the <br /> � Redevelopment Plan, as extended from time to time. <br /> 1 <br /> � <br /> (d) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 <br /> ' (1) Pursuant to Section 504 (Public Law 93- <br /> 112) , the Declarant agrees that no otherwise qualified persons with <br /> disabilities shall, solely by reason of a disability, be excluded <br /> from the participation in, be denied benefits of, or be subjected <br /> to discrimination in the performance of the Agreement or in the <br /> selection of low income owners to purchase the dwelling to be built <br /> on the Property. <br /> (2) Compliance of Section 504 of the <br /> Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, requires that all benefits, <br /> aids and services are made available to persons with disabilities <br /> on an equivalent basis with those received by non-disabled persons . <br /> The Declarant shall agree to be in compliance wi�h Section 504 <br /> requirements by developing a plan for compliance to be submitted to <br /> the Section 504 Coordinator as soon as possible but not later than <br /> by the close of escrow for the acquisition of the Property. <br /> Certain units �uithin the Project shall be constructed to comply <br /> ; with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as set forth in <br /> the Scope of Development . <br /> (e) Affirmative Action. The Declarant certifies <br /> that it is in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity <br /> Requirements of Executive Order No 11246, as amended by Executive <br /> Order No 1375, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the <br /> California Fair Employment Practices Act and any other federal or <br /> state laws pertaining to equal employment opportunity, and that it <br /> riminate a ainst any employee or applicant for <br /> will not disc g <br /> employment or opportunity to purchase the dwelling to be built on <br /> � the Property on the basis of race, religion, color, national <br /> � origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, marital <br /> status, sexual preference, or political affiliation in matters <br /> '; pertaining to occupancy, hiring, training, upgrading, transfers, <br /> compensation or termination. <br /> (f) Fair EmploVment Practices <br /> -3- <br />
