�nsurance Cateqorv Minimum Limits <br /> Workers Compensation statutory minimum <br /> Employer's Liability $1,000,000 per accident <br /> for bodily injury, personal <br /> injury and property damage <br /> Comprehensive General $1,000,000 per occurrence <br /> Liability for bodily injury, personal <br /> injury, and property damage <br /> Automobile Liability N/A <br /> Property-Fire' $ Replacement value of <br /> the improvements <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall <br /> furnish Agency and City with certificates and copies of information or declaration <br /> pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of <br /> comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance (if applicable) <br /> coverage, original endorsements: <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written <br /> notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class <br /> mail; <br /> (b) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> endorsement); <br /> (c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, the Redevelopment <br /> Agency, its Board, and their respective officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> (d) Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self- <br /> insurance maintained by City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of <br /> Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> ' Property-Fire insurance policy shall become effective no later than the date of transfer of title <br /> of the subject property to Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, Inc. <br /> 1/18/99 4 <br /> _.. ._ , . . ,___ ...._..__..__..._...r. _ <br />
