1 � � <br /> access and reasonable accommodations in employment programs and <br /> services to persons who are disabled. To that end, certain units <br /> within the Project shall be constructed to comply with Section 504 <br /> of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as set forth in the Scope of <br /> Development . <br /> e. Interest of Public Officials. No members, officers, <br /> employees, or agents of the City of Redwood City, no member of the <br /> City Council and no other public official who exercises any <br /> function or responsibility with respect to this Agreement or <br /> Developer' s Program during his or his tenure, or for one year <br /> thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this <br /> contract or a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. The <br /> Developer shall incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a <br /> provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> f. Religious Activity Prohibited. The Developer <br /> covenants that there will be no religious worship, instruction, or <br /> proselytizing as part of, or in connection with, the performance or <br /> in connection with this Agreement . <br /> g. Uniform Administration Requirements . The Developer <br /> shall comply with the requirements and standards of the HOME <br /> Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost <br /> Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 <br /> attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0 and all other federal, state, <br /> and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> Section 4 . 07 . Effect and Duration of Covenants . <br /> a. The covenants respecting use and maintenance of the <br /> Property established in accordance with Sections 4 .01 and 4 . 02, <br /> shall be memorialized in the Declaration of Redevelopment Covenants . <br /> and shall remain in effect on all of the Property for the life of <br /> the Redevelopment Plan. The Declaration of Affordability Covenants <br /> shall remain in effect for a period of forty-five ,:(45) years <br /> commencing on the date the City issues the Certificate of Occupancy <br /> ; for the Units . The covenants established against discrimination in <br /> accordance with Sections 4 . 03, 4 .04, and 4 . 06 and each of them, <br /> shall remain in effect on all of the Property in perpetuity. All <br /> of the covenants referenced in this Article shall run with the land <br /> � , and shall constitute equitable servitudes thereon, and shall, <br /> ' 1 without regard to technical classification and designation, be <br /> � binding for the benefit and in favor of the Agency, its successors <br /> ; I <br /> !' ; and assigns, and, where indicated, the City. <br /> b. The Agency is deemed the beneficiary of the terms <br /> and provisions of this Agreement and of the covenants running with <br /> REDW\0006\DOC\013-6 <br /> 34 3/08/05 mvc <br />
