b. Affirmative Action. The Developer certifies that it
<br /> is in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements
<br /> of Executive Order No 11246, as amended by Executive Order No 1375,
<br /> Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the California Fair
<br /> Employment Practices Act and any other federal or state laws
<br /> pertaininq to equal employment opportunity, and that it will not
<br /> discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment or
<br /> opportunity to purchase the dwelling to be built on the "property."

<br /> (2) The Developer agrees to permit access to tihis records
<br /> of employment, employment advertisements, application forms, and
<br /> other pertinent dat a and records by the State Fair Employment
<br /> Practices Commission, or any other agency of the State of
<br /> California designated by the awarding authority, for the purposes
<br /> of investigation to ascertain compliance with the Fair Employment
<br /> ' Practices section of this contract .
