Mr, Richard Haygood
July 14, 1999
Page 5

Task 5. Report Preparation and Response to Comments

DKS will document all work assumptions, findings, impacts and recommendations in an
Administrative Draft report for the Environmental Assessment. After receiving one set of
unified, non-contradictory comments from City staff, DKS will respond to comments and
develop a Draft Report for public review. OKS would prepare a final report once City staff
has provided us with a set of unified comments which summarize public comments and any
additional comments from City staff, Should additional work be necessary beyond the number
of hours estimated to issue either the draft or the final traffic study, we will request additional
budget and a contract modification at that time,

Task 6. Meetings and Hearing Attendance

We have budgeted for three (3) meetings or attendance at public hearings as part of this work
scope, including meetings with City staff, the client and associated consultants, If additional
meetings or hearing attendance becomes necessary, a contract amendment and additional
budget will be requested at that time. DKS would provide additional services only after
receiving written authorization to proceed,

BUDGET

The proposed budget and assumed number of labor hours are shown on the budget table. If
additional effort is required for any task, we will ask for a contract amendment and additional
budget at that time and will proceed only after receiving written confirmation.

Estimated Budget by Task
TASK
1 , A.
