(SCI), requests authorization from the City of <br />Redwood City (City) of our proposed budget for Task Order No.2 regarding environmental <br />consulting services for Stulsaft Park. SCI is currently providing environmental services to the <br />City on this project in accordance with our proposal dated February 5, 1999 and the City's <br />Environmental Consulting Services Agreement dated March 24, 1999. This Task Order <br />addresses the environmental services anticipated for completion between May and December <br />1999, including the field investigation, chemical testing, risk assessment, and reporting activities <br />outlined in the Investigation and Risk Assessment Work Plan dated April 23, 1999. <br /> <br />Based on discussions with the City's Park, Recreation and Community Services, SCI has <br />compiled the attached Itemized Cost Estimate to complete certain portions of Tasks 1 through 6 <br />listed in our proposal. These tasks are described below: <br /> <br />. Task 1 - Consultation and Meetings, including consultation and meetings with the City, <br />regulatory agencies, and the City's attorney at an assumed 35 % portion of Subtasks 1.1, <br />1.2, and 1.3 listed in our previous proposal, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Site Investigation Activities by implementation of the Work Plan, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Task 6 - Risk Assessment, including the remaining 75% portion of subtask 6.2 listed in <br />our previous proposal. <br /> <br />3736 Mt.
