I S/page Fees for Services Fees for services will be based on the time worked on the project by staff personnel plus reimbursable expenses. Labor related fees will be computed based on personnel billing rates in effect at the time the services are perfonned. Personnel billing rates are subject to revision on January 1 and July 1 of each year. Travel Time Travel time will be charged at regular hourly rates, not to exceed 8 hours per day. Outside Services Outside services include all services and/or equipment not ordinarily provided by Subsurface Consultants, Inc., such as drilling equipment rental, laborers, special printing, subsistence and lodging, travel by common c8ITÍer, etc. Terms Billings are payable upon receipt unless other arrangements, confumed in writing by Subsurface Consultants, Inc., have been made. A fmance charge of 1-1/2 percent per month will be payable on accounts not paid within 30 days.
