<br />Section 4.5, Liability, No debt, liability, or obligation of the Authority shall constitute <br />a debt, liability or obligation of any Agency. Except as expressly authorized by the Agencies of <br />this Agreement, no Agency shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of another Agencys <br />officers or employees nor shall a Agency incur any liabilities arising out of the activities of <br />another Agency's officers or employees. The Authority may maintain such public liability and <br />other insurance as the Authority deems appropriate. If the Authority is held liable upon any <br />judgement for damages caused by a negligent or wrongful act or omission occurring in the <br />performance of this Agreement, and if the Agencies agree to bear the cost of such judgement, <br />then the pro rata share of each Agency in the satisfaction of such judgement shall be equal. <br /> <br />"'._'."'d".'..'--'T <br />
