<br />d) <br /> <br />To notify the City of Redwood City in advance, the date of commencement, <br />duration, and specific location of predator management work. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Provide a quarterly summary of predator management activities pursuant to the <br />work identified above to the City of Redwood City and an annual report on the <br />predator management activities conducted the previous year to the u.S. Fish and <br />Wildlife Service, Ecological Services, Endangered Species Division. Quarterly <br />reports will be prepared by WS and submitted to Peter Vorametsanti, Project and <br />Systems engineer, City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield Road, P.O. Box 391, <br />Redwood City, CA 94064. The reports will present predator management <br />activities and results including a description of activities, methods utilized, <br />number of hours expended, observation of other animals not currently included as <br />target species, and the species and numbers of each species of target and <br />non-target species trapped and the location of each animal taken. Also <br />documented will be any problems encountered which interfere with <br />implementation of the program and suggestions to improve the program. Annual <br />reports will be submitted to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Ecological Services, <br />Endangered Species Division, Sacramento Field Office, 3310 EI Camino Avenue, <br />Suite 130, Sacramento, California 95821-6340. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 6 <br /> <br />This Agreement is contingent upon the availability of funds appropriated by the Congress of the <br />United States and the availability offunds from the City of Redwood City for purposes of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 7 <br /> <br />Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent any other state, organization, or individual from entering <br />into separate agreements with WS for the purpose of controlling predatory animals. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 8 <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 22, Title 41, United States Code, no member of or delegate to Congress shall <br />be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement or to any benefit to arise therefrom. <br /> <br />3 of4 <br />
