<br />"","j, .j' " <br /> <br />4. Coordination At Incident. The command structure at an <br />automatic aid response shall be that structure adopted by the San Mateo <br />County Fire Chiefs' Association as set forth in that document entitled "Fire <br />Scope ICS". <br /> <br />5. Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing set forth in this Agreement <br />shall create, nor is it intended to create, third party beneficiaries who may <br />rely upon a breach in the relationship(s) established in this Agreement to <br />assert a cause(s) of action in their behalf. <br /> <br />6. Withdrawal. Each party to this Agreement shall remain a party <br />to this Agreement for the entire term of the contract between the San Mateo <br />County Pre-Hospital Emergency Services Group and the countywide <br />ambulance provider. The requirement to maintain membership is essential <br />to the proper functioning of this Agreement. In the event any party fails to <br />maintain its status as a" party and/ or fails to provide the automatic aid <br />required, services may be provided by other parties to this Agreement as is <br />agreed. The defaulting party shall be responsible for the cost of the <br />defaulted service plus 15%. <br /> <br />7. Effective Date. This Agreement shall be effective on the first day <br />of the month after all parties approve the agreement. Notice shall be given <br />of the effective date by the Fire Chief of the City of San Mateo to the Fire <br />Chiefs of all approving jurisdictions. No obligations under this Agreement <br />shall commence until written notice is given.
