Neither Delta nor City of Redwood City will <br />publish or distribute materials which are contrary to the terms of this <br />Contract. <br /> <br />Delta and City of Redwood City agree to permit and encourage the <br />professional relationship between Dentist and patient to be maintained <br />without interference. <br /> <br />City of Redwood City shall designate in writing a representative for <br />purposes of receiving notices from Delta under this Contract. City of <br />Redwood City may change its representative at any time on 30 days notice <br />to Delta. Any notice required from Delta to any Eligible Person may be <br />given to City of Redwood City's representative, who shall disseminate such <br />notice to Eligible Persons by the next regular communication but in no <br />event later than 30 days after receipt thereof. <br /> <br />Any notice under this Contract will be sufficient if given by either City of <br />Redwood City or Delta to the other or, in the case of City of Redwood <br />City, to its Group Representative at the addresses below: <br /> <br />For the Group: <br /> <br />Benefits Administrator <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road, 2nd Floor <br />Redwood City, California 94063 <br /> <br />For Delta: <br /> <br />P.o.
