A dependent's eligibility ends along with the Eligible <br />Employee's, or sooner if the dependent loses his or her dependent status, <br />unless continued coverage is chosen in a timely fashion by or on behalf of <br />the dependent(s) under Article 10. Eligibility for such continued coverage <br />will continue for the period required by the Option.
