This Sublease is and shall be at all times <br />subject and subordinate to the Master Lease, including all rights <br />of Lessor thereunder. Without limiting the generality of the <br />foregoing, in the event of termination of Sublessor's interest <br />under the Master Lease (including, without limitation, upon the <br />occurrence of any casualty or condemnation pertaining to the <br />Premises), this Sublease shall terminate coincidently therewith <br />without any liability of Sublessor to Sublessee. <br /> <br />0 - Sublessee is authorized to install a Tl line to <br />the Premises at Sublessee's expense. <br /> <br />P. In the event of conflict between any provision of <br />the Master Lease and any provision of this Sublease, the Master <br />Lease shall control. <br /> <br />34. LESSOR CONSENÀ. This Sublease shall not become <br />effective unless and until Lessor shall have consented to same <br />pursuant to the Master Lease.
