<br />(c) Code describing classification or type of CII customer. <br /> <br />(d) Dates of customer contact by Contractor and code designating purpose <br />or type of contact. <br /> <br />(e) Inventory of the existing number and type of water using fixtures on the <br />installation site: gravity flush toilets including brand names where <br />discernible and estimated gallons per flush; other tank-type toilets <br />including brand name where discernible and estimated gallons per flush; <br />showerheads, type of valve(s) operating same and brand name if <br />discernible; kitchen faucets and whether threaded or not; and lavatory <br />faucets, type and whether threaded or not. <br /> <br />(f) Number, type, brand and model or part number of items of material <br />shown on Exhibit B (both for normal and abnormal installations) that is <br />installed by Contractor. <br /> <br />(g) Number and type (gravity flush toilet, pressure-assist toilet) of replaced <br />toilets. <br /> <br />(h) Complete record of all call-backs including the information called out in <br />Section 4-15. <br /> <br />4-19.2 Contractor shall keep, transfer or compile records in an Excel spreadsheet-based <br />database acceptable to the City. Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining <br />the database with data integrity features, including daily back-up. <br /> <br />4-19.3 Contractor shall coordinate in advance with City before designing or creating any <br />new databases for use on this project in order to optimize compatibility of <br />communication. <br /> <br />4-19.4 Contractor shall fully and promptly cooperate with City and persons designated in <br />writing by City in providing information from the Contractor's database that the <br />City determines it may need to evaluate all aspects of the project, including <br />purchasing effectiveness, distribution saturation, and water conserving fixture <br />performance. <br /> <br />4-19.5AII original papers, documents, information, or computer material on disk, and <br />copies thereof, produced by contractor, shall be the property of the City and may <br />not be used by contractor without the consent of the City.
