The City will furnish barricades, however, it will be <br />the responsibility of the Permittee to place the barricades and place them <br />back on the selected corners. <br /> <br />Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated <br />shall not be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of <br />Police. <br /> <br />Acceptance.
