<br />DES:djk n~/22/93 (094/34) <br />DES:djk /12/93R <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />7/12/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12008 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 93-4 <br />(CARLOS AVENUE), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE A <br />PORTION OF PUBLIC STREET; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FUTURE <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain subdivision map (including any dedications <br /> <br />of a public street described therein) <br /> <br />enti tIed Parcel Map No. <br /> <br />93-4 (Carlos Avenue) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by the <br /> <br />Renner <br /> <br />Group, <br /> <br />Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />for Patrick Michael <br /> <br />Shinn <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Janet Kay Shinn, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br /> <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owners <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Construction of Future Improvements - Parcel Map No. 93-4" <br /> <br />(form dated 07/12/93R) wherein Owners, in consideration of <br /> <br />the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct <br /> <br />and complete in the time specified in said agreement, all <br /> <br />future improvements required of Owners under the provisions <br />
