<br />DES:djk n~/22/93 (094/34) <br />DES:djk /12/93R <br /> <br />of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />subdivision regulations of <br /> <br />said City, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />such other <br /> <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />After the release of said final map by City for <br /> <br />recordation, but before commencement of construction of the <br /> <br />Future <br /> <br />Improvements <br /> <br />defined <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above- <br /> <br />mentioned agreement, Owners shall furnish to City and file <br /> <br />with the City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br /> <br />performance of said Owners' of all work and construction of <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />future <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />designated <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />mentioned <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement, wi thin the time therein specified by City, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />principal amount of which security shall be equal to the <br /> <br />costs of such construction as determined by City; and Owners <br /> <br />shall also furnish to City and file with the City Clerk, a <br /> <br />bond or deposit securing the payment by Owners of all bills <br /> <br />for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any <br /> <br />and all said improvements, and the doing of all other work <br /> <br />therein agreed to be done by Owners, in an amount equal to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />costs <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />determined <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />Owners <br /> <br />shall have prepared complete <br /> <br />"as built" <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />prior <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />release <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />bond <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />deposit. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />After. the release of said final map by City for <br /> <br />recordation, and pursuant to the above-mentioned agreement, <br /> <br />Owners shall undertake to guarantee for one (1) year the <br />workmanship and materials of all work and construction of <br />all Future Improvements defined and described in said <br /> <br />2 <br />
