<br />DES:djk O~/22/93 (094/34) <br />DES:djk /12/93R <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />After the release of said final map but before <br /> <br />acceptance of the improvements by City, Owners shall furnish <br /> <br />to City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />file with <br /> <br />the City Clerk <br /> <br />a bond or <br /> <br />deposit <br /> <br />securing <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />faithful <br /> <br />performance <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Owners <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />maintenance work, <br /> <br />in an amount to be determined by City. <br /> <br />Said bond or deposit shall be effective for a period of one <br /> <br />(1) year after acceptance of the improvements by City's <br />Council. <br /> (d) After the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, but before City shall perform any services <br /> <br />relating to construction of the Future Improvements defined <br /> <br />and described in the above-mentioned agreement, Owners shall <br /> <br />deposit an amount determined by City and in accordance with <br /> <br />City's current fee schedule for plan checking, engineering, <br /> <br />inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, and <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />applicable <br /> <br />fees <br /> <br />and charge s . <br /> <br />Any part of the <br /> <br />deposi t not utilized by City for payment of its <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />shall be returned to Owners. <br /> <br />Owners understand and agree <br /> <br />that the amount of said deposit shall be an estimate and <br /> <br />agree <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />pay <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />additional <br /> <br />amount <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing <br /> <br />by the City. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Before commencement of construction of the Future <br /> <br />Improvements defined and described in the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />agreement, Owners shall furnish to the City and file with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />certificates <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />policies <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />public <br /> <br />3 <br />
