<br />DES:djk 1(\111/93 <br /> <br />(002/37) <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />This Council hereby authorizes reimbursement to SAMCAT <br /> <br />for this City's portion of any expenses incurred, including, but <br /> <br />not <br /> <br />limited <br /> <br />to, <br /> <br />compensation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />consultant <br /> <br />employed <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />SAMCAT, in pursuance of its authority hereunder; provided, that <br /> <br />said expenses shall not exceed One Thousand Dollars <br /> <br />($1,000.00) <br /> <br />in anyone fiscal year; <br /> <br />provided, <br /> <br />further, <br /> <br />that any amount or <br /> <br />amounts in excess of the aforesaid amount may be approved by this <br /> <br />Council, evidenced by motion duly made and carried. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />Ci ty Clerk <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit three (3) certified <br />upon its adoption. <br /> * <br /> <br />copies of this resolution to SAMCAT <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />l à a8'F <br />
