<br />c. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />DES:djk OB/24/93 <br /> <br />(114/34) <br /> <br />dense items, <br />items. <br /> <br />perishables <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />exotic <br /> <br />uninsurable <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />The reimbursement hereinabove authorized shall apply <br />only to Relocation Expenses arising from the relocation <br />of domicile of an appointee offered payment thereof <br />which exceeds thirty (30) miles from the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />The reimbursement hereinabove authorized shall be <br />effective only for Relocation Expenses incurred within <br />six (6) months next following the date of acceptance of <br />the position of employment by the appointee offered <br />such reimbursement; provided, however, that the City <br />Manager, at his or her discretion, may extend said <br />reimbursable period for an additional six (6) months. <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />standards and guidelines as he or she <br /> <br />establish such criteria, <br /> <br />deems <br /> <br />appropriate <br /> <br />implementation <br /> <br />Employment <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Relocation Expense Reimbursement Plan hereinabove established. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />provided, <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br /> <br />however, <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Relocation <br /> <br />Expense <br /> <br />Employment <br /> <br />Reimbursement <br /> <br />Plan <br /> <br />hereinabove <br /> <br />established <br /> <br />operative <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />from and after January 1, 1993. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />12066 <br />
