<br /> 4 <br />Chair Montalvo asked if Committee Member Madigan would like to wait to form this <br />committee at the retreat. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Turner stated there is no formal way they need to form the group and they <br />can just call it a small research group. He stated keeping it informal allows it to have a more <br />flexible nature. <br /> <br />Committee Member Hiester stated she is trying to create a syllabus for herself to get up to <br />speed. She asked if anyone had any recommendations on how to get best up to speed. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Turner stated that Staff can be a resource for helping provide that kind of <br />information. He stated they will work to get something together and bring it to the retreat on <br />the 30th. <br /> <br />8.b. Staff Announcements <br /> <br />Staff Member Avila stated that chair and vice chair elections will be held at the next meeting. <br /> <br />9.
