<br />(e) Provide temporary storage of the decorated parade reviewing stand in <br />the corporation yard two (2) days before the event. <br /> <br />(f) Install American Flags along the Parade Route immediately before the <br />Parade. On July 4, the flags are to be removed as soon as possible <br />after the Parade, to reduce the possibility of theft. We request public <br />works inventory existing flags and advise the PCA of the number on <br />hand. <br /> <br />(g) Use of a Fire Hydrant for Antique Fire Truck demonstration in the <br />Festival Area following the Parade on July 4. Deliver sandbags if <br />requested by PCA, to divert water runoff from the Antique Fire Truck <br />demonstration. Specific locations and quantities of sandbags <br />requested will be provided by the PCA. <br /> <br />(h) Use of parking structure on Marshall Street for Handicap and Vendor <br />parking on Monday, July 4 and the use of the City Parking lot at <br />Winslow and Hamilton from 6:00 PM Sunday, July 3 until 8:00 PM <br />Monday, July 4. <br /> <br />(i) Use of the previous trial media parking area off Main from 6:00 PM <br />Sunday, July 3 until 8:00 PM Monday, July 4. <br /> <br />U) Hang street banner on cable across Broadway by June 5, 2005. <br /> <br />Police Department: <br /> <br />(a) Police Boat patrols around the fireworks barge area within the safety <br />zone where fireworks will be launched. <br /> <br />(b) Crowd and traffic control throughout the event <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The Permittee Will Provide: <br /> <br />(a) Adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the City. <br />(b) Post "no parking" signs under the direction of the Police Department by <br />5:00 p.m. on July 1, 2005. <br />(c) Permittee will contact all businesses affected by the street closures on <br />Seaport, Seaport Court, and connecting roadways with sufficient time to <br />allow for those businesses to accommodate the proposed street closures. <br />(d) Waste reduction activities shall be implemented to comply with <br />California State waste diversion mandate AB 939-- The Integrated <br />Waste Management Act--to the extent feasible. <br /> <br />4 <br />
