<br />(e) Notify all parade entries in writing and on Parade day that a separation <br />of 75 feet will be maintained between units at that intersection. <br />(f) Parade entries will be stopped prior to crossing the intersection if there <br />is insufficient space between them and the proceeding unit to <br />completely pass through the intersection. <br />(g) Entries containing multiple units may be separated as needed when <br />crossing that intersection. Any need for unit separation will be <br />determined by parade supervisors on-site. <br />(h) The PCA will provide 2 senior parade supervisors on Main Street to <br />monitor the flow of units through the intersection. <br />(i) The PCA will provide 2 additional people at the intersection to monitor <br />the fire equipment parked outside of the Fire Station or on Bradford. At <br />the first activation of any combination of flashing lights, sirens, or air <br />horn, the parade will be halted and all participants and/or vehicles will <br />be cleared from the intersection. <br />U) No spectators will be allowed to be in the Bradford Street crosswalks at <br />any time during the parade. <br />(k) The PCA will provide equipment to the Fire Department for direct <br />communications with the Parade supervisors at the intersection of <br />Main and Bradford. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br />herein described or contemplated in connection with the 4th of July parade, <br />festival, arts & crafts fair, and fireworks display shall not be effectuated <br />without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br />parties hereto and accepted by the Permittee and returned to the City. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />41. -I.!J,/. <br />Carlos G.
