The Town has prepared plans and specifications for the Replacement Facilities <br /> <br />as shown in Exhibit A, and the City shall review and approve the plans and specifications <br /> <br />prior to the Town going out to bid. <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />2. The Town has acquired a topographical survey of the locations shown on Exhibit <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />A where the Replacement Facilities shall be constructed, which shall be a Project cost paid <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />by City within thirty (30) days of invoice. <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />3. The Town shall advertise and go out for public bid pursuant to the California <br /> <br />Public Contract Code for construction of the Replacement Facilities and Roadway <br /> <br />Improvements pursuant to the approved plans and specifications. <br /> <br />4. The City has estimated that the Replacement Facilities portion of the Project will <br /> <br />cost approximately $170,000.00.
