<br />ENDORSEMENT NO. U2 <br /> <br />CSAC EXCESS INSURANCE AUTHORITY <br />SPECIFIC EXCESS WORKERS' COMPENSATION <br />JONES ACT AMENDATORY ENDORSEMENT <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed that the Memorandum of Coverage is amended as follows: <br /> <br />The Authority's liability under section I.C. of the Memorandum of Coverage, regarding <br />Employer's Liability Indemnity Coverage shall be amended to include: <br /> <br />Bodily injury to the master and members of the crew of a vessel, subject to the following: <br /> <br />1. The bodily injury must occur in the territorial limits of, or the operation of a vessel <br />sailing directly between the ports of the Continental United States of America, <br />Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. <br />2. This Coverage afforded by this endorsement does not apply to: <br />A. bodily injury covered by a protection and hdemnity coverage or similar policy <br />issued to or on behalf of the Covered Party. <br />B. The duty to provide transportation, wages, and maintenance. <br /> <br />The definition of the Workers' Compensation Act is amended to include the Merchant <br />Marine Act of 1920 known as the Jones Act (46 USC, Section 688) and any amendments <br />thereof. <br /> <br />It is further agreed that nothing herein shall act to increase the Authority's Limit of Indemnity. <br /> <br />This endorsement is part of the Memorandum of Coverage and takes effect on the effectie <br />date of the Memorandum of Coverage unless another effective date is shown below.
