<br />ENDORSEMENT NO. U3 <br /> <br />CSAC EXCESS INSURANCE AUTHORITY <br />SPECIFIC EXCESS WORKERS' COMPENSATION <br />AIRCRAFT AMENDATORY ENDORSEMENT <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed that the Memorandum of Coverage is amenœd as follows: <br /> <br />Aircraft covered under this Memorandum is as per the schedule on file with the Authority. <br />However, coverage is not limited to any schedule on file with the Authority except as respects <br />any owned or leased aircraft with eight (8) seats or rmre. <br /> <br />It is further agreed that as respects owned or leased aircraft with eight (8) seats or more, the <br />Covered Party agrees to report the acquisition of the . aircraft within 120 days and agrees to <br />pay any applicable additional premium. <br /> <br />It is further agreed that nothing herein shall act to increase the Authority's Limit of Indemnity. <br /> <br />This endorsement is part of the Memorandum of Coverage and takes effect on the effective <br />date of the Memorandum of Coverage unless another effective date is shown below.
