<br />ENDORSEMENT NO. U4 <br /> <br />CSAC EXCESS INSURANCE AUTHORITY <br />SPECIFIC EXCESS WORKERS' COMPENSATION <br />ACT OF TERRORISM AMENDATORY ENDORSEMENT <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed that all Loss arising out of or related to an 'Act of Terrorism", <br />either directly or indirectly, as defired hereunder and any action taken to hinder, defend <br />against or respond to any such activity, regardless of any other cause or event that in any <br />way contributes concurrently or in any sequence, shall be covered hereunder, subject to all <br />other terms, conditbns and limitations of the Memorandum of Coverage, subject to the <br />following limits: <br /> <br />All Loss resulting from an '~ct of Terrorism", as defined herein, is limited to $20,000.000 per <br />Occurrence. In the event that more than one Covered Party or more than one Member <br />sustains a loss as a result of any one Occurrence, the Members and all respective Covered <br />Parties involved in the Occurrence will share the $20,000,000 limit shown above. <br /> <br />For purposes of this Endorsement, ':A.ct of Terrorism" means an act, including but not limited <br />to the use of force or violence and/or the threat thereof, of any person or group(s) of <br />persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organization(s) or <br />government(s), committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes including <br />the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or any section of the <br />public, in fear. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Anyone "Act of Terrorism" shall be limited to no more than 24 hours for which <br />all Loss must occur within a 50 mile radius. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Excess of $10,000,000 each Occurrence, this Memorandum does not cover <br />an "Act of Terrorism" involving nuclear, biological, chemical and/or radiological <br />events. <br /> <br />It is further agreed that nothing herein shall act to increase the Autlu>rity's Limit of Indemnity. <br /> <br />This endorsement is part of the Memorandum of Coverage and takes effect on the effective <br />date of the Memorandum of Coverage unless another effective date is shown below.
