<br />Page 2 <br />Proposal for Phase II Investigation <br /> <br />707 Bradford, Redwood City, CA. <br /> <br />Project Scope <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Soil Investigation <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ten (10) soil borings will be drilled on the subject property for the purpose of <br />collecting soil and groundwater samples. Borings will be drilled using a <br />Geoprobe direct-push drill rig. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Boring locations will be cleared by notifying Underground Service Alert as <br />well as through the use of a private utility locating company. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Up to twenty (20) soil samples collected from the ten (10) borings will be <br />analyzed at a California Certified Laboratory for semi-volatile organic <br />compound by EP A Method 8270C, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All soil sampling is to be conducted under the supervision of a California <br />Registered Geologist. <br /> <br />Groundwater Investigation <br /> <br />. Up to five (5) groundwater samples collected from five (5) of the ten (10) <br />borings will be analyzed at a California Certified Laboratory for semi-volatile <br />organic compound by EP A Method 8270c. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All groundwater sampling is to be conducted under the supervision of a <br />California Registered Geologist. <br /> <br />Report <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />GEl will prepare three copies of a report detailing sample collection <br />procedures and analytical results, including tables and figures and provide <br />recommendations (if necessary). <br />
