<br />FXS:dft 6/27/91R (064/29) <br />71 ./91R <br /> <br />to the City by Bay Club Peninsula, <br /> <br />Inc., which document <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated 6/10/91; 6/13/91R) grants an additional right-of-way and a <br /> <br />bus <br /> <br />shelter <br /> <br />easement <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />along <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Shores <br /> <br />Parkway <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />establishes <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />new <br /> <br />non-access <br /> <br />line <br /> <br />along <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />additional <br /> <br />right-of-way <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Shores Parkway. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />finds <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />non-access <br /> <br />restrictions <br /> <br />referred to in this agreement located on Twin Dolphin Drive and <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Shores <br /> <br />Parkway <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />replaced by relocation and are <br /> <br />no <br /> <br />longer needed, and hereby orders said restrictions vacated. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />non-access <br /> <br />restriction <br /> <br />(Twin <br /> <br />Dolphin <br /> <br />Drive <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Parkway) hereby vacated are described in Exhibits <br /> <br />"A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br /> <br />4 . <br /> <br />From <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />date <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />recorded, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />non-access restriction vacated no longer constitutes a non-access <br /> <br />restriction. <br /> <br />5 . <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a certified <br /> <br />copy of such resolution and order attested by the Clerk under the <br /> <br />seal of the City to be recorded without acknowledgment in the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />Recorder's <br /> <br />Office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Mateo, California. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
