<br />hours of overtime worked in the calendar year the administrative leave <br />was advanced. The balance due to the City shall be deducted from the <br />employee's vacation balance as of December 31. or if the employee's <br />vacation balance is less then the administrative leave balance, the <br />amount still due will be deducted from the employees paycheck in the <br />first pay period following December 31. <br /> <br />The following classifications shall continue to receive time and <br />one-half their regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of <br />eight (8) hours in one day or forty (40) hours in one week: <br /> <br />Administrative Secretary/Exempt Personnel Assistant <br />Administrative Secretary/Confidential Programmer Analyst 1/11 <br />Secretary to the City Manager Telephone Operator/Receptionist <br /> <br />For the above classifications payment for overtime work shall be in the <br />form of cash or compensatory time off as determined by agreement <br />between the employee and the department head. These classifications <br />may accumulate a maximum of eighty (80) hours of compensatory time per <br />calendar year. In no event shall these classifications bank more than <br />eighty (80) hours of compensatory time at any given moment in the <br />calendar year. , <br /> <br />This overtime benefit is mutually exclusive of any and all forms of <br />overtime compensation provided for in this Executive Service <br />Compensation Plan. <br /> <br />Medical Insurance/Cafeteria Plan <br /> <br />The City agrees to contract with the California Public Employee's <br />Retirement System (PERS) for participation under the Public Employees <br />Medical and Hospital Care Act (Government Code Section 22751. et, <br />seq.), pursuant specifically to Government Code Section 22825 and <br />22850. <br /> <br />For the period October 1. 1991 through July 31. 1992. the City's <br />maximum contribution for each active employee for a Health Benefit Plan <br />(as referenced in Government Code 22825) shall not exceed sixteen <br />dollars ($16.00) per month. <br /> <br />The City shall establish in accordance with Section 125 of the IRS Code <br />a Cafeteria Plan establishing the following individual accounts for <br />each active employee <br /> <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />Premium conversion <br />Dependent Care <br />Health Care Spending Arrangements <br />Health Savings/Cash Option (not to <br />per month) <br /> <br />If an employee elects no City health plan coverage or coverage which <br />costs less than $374.00 per month, the City and the employee shall <br />share equally the difference between their elected coverage/noncoverage <br /> <br />exceed $102.50 <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />..,........ ,,---,-..--..-....----......-.. ..,.-- .d.. <br />
