<br />DES:d;k lO/ll/9l <br /> <br />(#22) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />mutal <br /> <br />transfer of funds has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City Regarding the <br /> <br />Program for the Exchange of Funds for Rehabilitation of Streets <br /> <br />Utilized by Public Transit Vehicles - Phase III", providing for <br /> <br />the above-described mutual transfer of funds, <br /> <br />a copy 0 f which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute, <br /> <br />and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />.om_"..-- .. ..__.....__...~_.om- . . <br />
