<br />of up to $824,200. Expenditure of the additional amount shall be made subject to and in <br /> <br />accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Terms; Effect. All capitalized terms in this Amendment shall have the meanings <br /> <br />established for them in the Agreement. The Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force <br /> <br />and effect in all respects except as expressly modified herein. <br /> <br />3. Budget. The total project budget is $1,066,400. The Authority's contribution to the <br /> <br />project is $622,800. The City's contribution is $242,200. The total budget to prepare the final <br /> <br />design plans and specifications is $865,000 and is detailed in Exhibit A to this Second <br /> <br />Amendment, which is attached and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />4. City Oversight; Work Plan.
