<br />as approved by Caltrans. The Draft hardcopy maps will be submitted to Caltrans for <br />review. Caltrans' comments will be incorporated and a Final Hardcopy Map will be <br />submitted for Caltrans' approval. <br /> <br />D Appraisal Maps will be prepared based on the approved hardcopy maps. Appraisal <br />maps will be prepared only for those areas that require right of way acquisition and <br />will show the proposed right of way acquisition and easements, and other pertinent <br />information and data, in accordance with Caltrans' standards. A Draft Appraisal Map <br />will be submitted for Caltrans' review, comments incorporated and Final Appraisal <br />Maps will be prepared and submitted to Caltrans for approval. <br /> <br />0 Legal descriptions and plats will be prepared for all rights of way to be acquired, <br />including easements. <br /> <br />D Prepare a Caltrans Right of Way Record Map and file a record of survey for new right <br />of way. A right of way Record Map will be prepared and submitted to Caltrans at the <br />completion of the project. Also, as part of this scope, any monuments which will be <br />destroyed by the construction activities will be included in the corner records filed <br />with the County Surveyor. <br /> <br />Topographic Design Surveys <br /> <br />Field surveys will be made to check and confirm the mapping accuracy as well as help <br />verify utilities and drainage facilities, pavement elevations, potholing, conform areas, <br />vertical clearances, obstructions, tree locations, drainage swales/ditches, lighting features, <br />fences, curbs, structures, and other features necessary to complete the design and to <br />develop cross sections at approximately 40 meter intervals from Broadway Avenue to the <br />east side of the Redwood Junction Overhead. All field survey work will be limited to <br />existing and proposed State right of way, and public right of way. <br /> <br />Digital Mapping <br /> <br />The digital aerial planimetric mapping prepared for the PSR/PR phase will be configured <br />into the current Caltrans format and submitted to Caltrans for review and approval. Items <br />to be submitted for Caltrans review, approval and files are as listed in Parts A, B, and C <br />of Materials Needed to Review Consultant Photogrammetric Mapping dated September <br />1999. Included in this task are the following items: <br /> <br />1. Renumber existing film using ASC number; produce three sets of contact prints, two <br />for delivery to Caltrans, one for the photo index; renumber existing diapositives <br />adding the ASC number to existing job number; produce a photo index; deliver one <br />index negative and two paper prints. <br />2.
