<br />Hold Harmless Aareement <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Members of the RCPD shall not be deemed to be employees or agents of <br />the SCPO by virtue of their participation, pursuant to this MOU. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Members of the SCPO shall not be deemed to be employees or agents of <br />the RCPD by virtue of their participation, pursuant to this MOU. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The RCPD waives and releases the SCPO from any and all claims, suits, <br />liabilities and damages for personal injuries, property damage, workman's <br />compensation, or any other claims, loss, or damage asserted or made by <br />RCPO's personnel, their heirs, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, or <br />assigns as a result of RCPD's personnel's participation under this MOU. <br />The RCPO assumes any and all risks associated with, or that relate to, its <br />members' participation under this MOU. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The SCPO waives and releases the RCPD from any and all claims, suits, <br />liabilities and damages for personal injuries, property damage, workman's <br />compensation, or any other claims, loss, or damage asserted or made by <br />SCPO's personnel, their heirs, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, or <br />assigns as a result of SCPO's personnel's participation under this MOU.
