<br />awarding and administering any professional service and/or other contracts entered into in <br /> <br />connection with the Project. City shall oversee completion of the Project as described in the <br /> <br />work plan ("Work Plan"), attached as Exhibit C to this Agreement and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />this reference. <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />Authority Policies. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Disadvantaged Business Enteq>rises. <br /> <br />In fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, City shall comply with <br /> <br />applicable DBE policy requirements of the Authority, if any, and shall follow applicable DBE <br /> <br />policy requirements with regard to all Project related contracts entered into after the date of <br /> <br />this Agreement. Authority will supply to City a copy of the Authority DBE policy upon <br /> <br />request. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Transportation System Management ITSM) Proe:ram <br /> <br />To obtain and maintain eligibility for receipt of Measure A Funds for the <br /> <br />Project, City shall implement and keep in full force and effect a TSM Program consistent with <br /> <br />the requirements of the County TSM Plan and Policy adopted by the Authority. <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br />Required Approvals. Prior to commencement of the Project, City shall <br /> <br />obtain or cause its consultant to obtain all required local, state and federal approvals and <br /> <br />permits for Project work. In addition, City shall comply with all applicable federal, state and <br /> <br />local laws and regulations applicable to the Project. <br /> <br />2.4 <br /> <br />Contract Award and Change Orders. The City shall comply with state <br /> <br />and local agency requirements for the award of the contract(s) for the performance of the <br /> <br />Project and any change orders. As the Project proceeds, the City shall advise the Authority of <br /> <br />change orders issued to any contract.
