2.8 Pinal Report. Within ninety (90) days of Authority's approval of the Project and all incidental work, City shall furnish the Authority a fmal report detailing the total costs for the Project. The report shall contain an accounting of all Measure A Funds expended in connection with the Project, and shall reflect any unexpended Measure A Funds that may remain. The report shall also include an explanation and the status of any outstanding obligations or potential obligations related to the Project. Any and all fmancial obligations of Authority pursuant to this Agreement shall expire upon the expenditUre of Authority's maximum contribution to the Project as established in Section 1.1 above or within two (2) years after the date of execution of this Agreement, whichever occurs flfst. 2.9 Access to Records. At all reasonable times, City shall permit the Authority access to all reports, designs, drawings, plans, specifications, schedules and other materials prepared, or in the process of being prepared, for the Project by the City or any contractor or consultant of the City. City shall also make available to Authority upon request any professional service agreementS, change orders and any other agreements that are entered into for the performance of Project related work and services. The City shall provide copies of any documents described in this Section to the Authority if the Authority requests such documents . SECTION THREE: INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE 3.1 Indemnity by Citv.
