This will allow us to amend or add addenda to the final plans and ~pecs to be <br />done in the next phase to add any additional items found upon operúng all of the walls <br /> <br />It is understood that the existing buildings may not meet today's structural, disabled <br />access, asbestos, or energy codes and laws. These services are not be considered a <br />building inspection, or a warranty/guarantee of the adequacy of any existlng conditions, <br />nor is it guaranteed that the existing building will meet all codes and laws after renovation. <br /> <br />It is understood that The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires public <br />accommodations to make each service, program and activity offered readily accessible to <br />and usable by disabled people, and these shaH be integrated as much as possible. The City <br />acknowledges that the extent to wmch buildings. services, programs and activities are to <br />be made accessible, is flexible and subject to interpretation on a case.by-case approach <br />The requirements of the ADA will therefore be subject to various and possibly <br />contradictory interpretations. WINGES Architecture and Planning wiD use it's best <br />professional efforts to interpret applicable ADA and other access requirements and to <br />advise Client as to the modifications to thé physical facilities in question (the portion that <br />is being remodeled) that may be required to comply with the ADA and/or Title 24. Due <br />to the nature of the potential conflicts between laws and codes and the changing nature of <br />same, and compromises that may be necessary due to exiSting building conditions, budget <br />or other factors, WINGES Arcmtecture and Planning, cannot and does not warranty or <br />guarantee that the facilities will fully comply with all requirements and a11 interpretations <br />of the ADA, UFAS or Title 24." <br /> <br />No pool mechanical work is included in our Proposal Pool work is limited to plastering, <br />tile, ladder repair and related work on the pools themselves. <br />
