<br />'Ol..JINAl <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES - HERKNER AND HOOVER POOLS AND <br />HOOVER BATH HOUSE RENOVATIONS <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this S..,..-t... day of <br /> <br /> <br />~ , 1998, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City") and WINGES <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING, of Burlingame, California ("Architect"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires the preparation of plans, specifications and <br /> <br />contract documents for the repair and renovation of Herkner and Hoover Pools <br /> <br />and the Hoover Bath House in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Architect represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br /> <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />ARCHITECT'S SERVICES. Architect shall prepare construction <br /> <br />drawings, specifications, and specialized bid documents (not including City's <br /> <br />standard contract document provisions), together with cost estimates, and <br /> <br />perform related services for the Project as described in Exhibits "A" and "B" <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
