There are no plans to upgrade the
building beyond the selected actions to be carried out to make the building more
accessible to the disabled. These services are not be considered a building
inspection, or a warranty/guarantee of the adequacy of any existing conditions, nor
is it guaranteed that the existing building wUI meet all codes and laws after
renovation.

2) It is understood that The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires public
entities to remove architectural barriers in existing facilities where it is detennined
that such removal is required to make each service, program and activity accessible
and usable by persons with disabilities. Each service, program and activity offered
shall be integrated as much as possible. It also requires changes affecting all
aspects of employment and working conditions. Client acknowledges that the
definition of "readily achievable" contained in the ADA, and the extent to which
buildings, services, programs and activities are to be made accessible, is flexible
and subject to interpretation on a case-by-case approach. The requirements of the
ADA will therefore be subject to various and possibly contradictory interpretations.
