��-3 <br /> - ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 25.1.9, 25.1.14, AND <br /> 25.1.16 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> RELATING TO HOURS OF OPERATION OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION AREAS, EXCEPTIONS TO PROHIBITION OF <br /> DOGS IN PARKS, AND REGULATION OF CONSUMPTION OF <br /> ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN CITY PARKS, PARK <br /> BUILDINGS, OR RECREATIONAL AREAS, RESPECTIVELY <br /> The Council of Redwood City does ordain as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25.1.9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 25.1.9. Hours: All parks and recreation areas and <br /> � facilities therein, including parking lots serving said areas, shall be <br /> closed to the public between sunset and sunrise the following <br /> morning wit� the following exceptions: <br /> A. The parking lots serving the immediate area of any park or park <br /> building may remain open during the time said park or park <br /> building is being used and for one hour after the closing thereof. <br /> B. Such areas and facilities may remain open during any recreation <br /> program conducted or authorized therein or thereon by the <br /> department and for one hour after the completion thereof. <br /> C.
