<br />6: /f)-Z <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 <br />TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />SAN MATEO COUNTY LIBRARY JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY <br />AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />["LICENSE AGREEMENT"] <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />This Amendment No.1 is entered into and effective as of July 1, 2005, extending <br />the agreement dated December 18, 2002 (the "License Agreement") by and betwee.n <br />the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("City"), and San Mateo County Library Joint Powers Authority ("JPA") <br />(collectively, the "Parties"), <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The Parties desire to extend the License Agreement for a period of one year. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREr=ORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1, Paragraph 2.
