The proposal from <br />the EIR consultant, David Evans and Associates, was deemed to be the best proposal in <br />consideration of these criteria. The sub-consultants were also carefully considered in that <br />they will be conducting a significant amount of the research, especially with respect to <br />traffic and the Economic Impact Study. <br /> <br />Alternative <br />Do not approve the contract agreement. Staff will then seek an alternate consultant, which <br />will require issuing a second request for proposals. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The developer for the project will fund the costs of preparing the EIR and the Economic <br />Impact Study.
