<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 13.2 and 13.4 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO <br />CN (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT <br /> <br />THE COUNCil OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. Section 1. Section 13.2 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 13.2. Permitted Uses. The following uses are permitted in the CN <br /> <br />District if conducted entirely within a building: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Grocery, retail bakery sales, drug, variety, or hardware stores. <br /> <br />Beauty, barber, shoe, gift, stationery, record, toy, or flower shops. <br /> <br />Banks and business or professional offices. <br /> <br />Soda fountains and restaurants, not including live entertainment, dancing, <br />or sale of liquor, beer, or other alcoholic beverages for consumption on <br />the premises. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Studies for arts, crafts, photography, and dance. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Parking garages for customer and employee parking only_. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />Family Day Care Homes within residential structures." <br /> <br />2. Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 13.4 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 13.4. Conditional Uses. The following structures ana uses are <br /> <br />permitted in the CN District pursuant to first securing a use permit therefor. <br /> <br />Ord-087 <br />f/sh/sh/RC/Council <br />FXS:rg <br />01/18/00 <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Automobile service stations, not including major vehicle repair and <br />overhaul. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Liquor stores, bookstores, automatic coin operated laundries, and dry <br />cleaning or laundry agencies. <br />
