<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES; AND AUTHORIZING <br />AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for Elevator Maintenance Services, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the services therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the 2000 - 2001 Elevator Maintenance Service - City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", prepared by the Department of Parks, Recreation and -Community <br /> <br />Services, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />- <br />2.
