<br />HOURS OF SERVICE <br />All work shall be performed during the regular working hours of regular working days of <br />the City of Redwood City - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. <br /> <br />EMERGENCY CALL RESPONSE <br />Service requests for immediate response due to emergency situations will be provided <br />on a 24-hour, 7 day a week basis and absorbed into the premium expense. The <br />response time, or that time between when a call is placed and the time of arrival of a <br />service technician, shall not be greater than 4 (four) hours. <br /> <br />PRORATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS <br />Include with your proposal, any items, conditions or deficiencies that you made notice of <br />while inspecting the elevators prior to submitting your proposal that would require <br />proration or exclusion from the maintenance service agreement. <br /> <br />-..'
