<br />AGREEMENI <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this - day of <br /> <br />,2000, by and between <br /> <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />("City"), and <br /> <br />, ("Supplier"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires elevator maintenance services at various locations of <br /> <br />its public buildings throughout Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Supplier represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br /> <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid elevator maintenance services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follow: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CITY'S REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />Supplier agrees to supply City with building <br /> <br />maintenance services in accordance with City's requirements therefor for the period <br /> <br />March 30, 2000 through March 30, 2001 in accordance with the specifications <br /> <br />pertaining thereto entitled "City of Redwood City - Bid Documents Elevator Maintenance <br /> <br />Services", and Supplier's bid pertaining thereto dated <br /> <br />, 2000, <br /> <br />which contract documents, specifications, and bid are hereby incorporated herein by <br /> <br />this reference. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION.
